Monica qualified in 2009 at a busy first opinion practice in West London. Here she developed her skills as head nurse and found her passion for emergency & critical care. She then moved to Hampshire where she started a family.
Monica has been at Lumbry Park since 2020 where she started as a twilight nurse and has worked her way to become a Team Leader in Wards. This role involves looking after the Ward nurses, patient care assistants and of course the patients! Inpatient care is one of Monica’s passions and she is always thriving to be a better nurse and give her patients gold standard care.
Monica’s main interests are emergency and critical care and she holds a certificate in ECC. Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time with her family, sketching and baking!
