Maria Navarro-Carrillo

After graduating from Murcia University (Spain) in 2017, Maria moved to the UK and completed a rotating internship at referral hospital in the Northwest.  This was followed by two years in a large first opinion hospital before moving to Animal Trust hospital to work in ECC and Diagnostic Imaging.   In 2023, she completed a Diagnostic Imaging internship at VetsNow Glasgow and gained a certificate in Diagnostic Imaging from Liverpool University;  she subsequently joined Lumbry Park as a diagnostic imaging intern followed by a diagnostic imaging residency.    Maria loves all aspects of diagnostic imaging and especially the positive impact it has on patient management and diagnosis.  Maria has a rescued Chihuahua called Diego and outside of work she enjoys doing crossfit, cooking  travelling and meeting family and friends.
