Lauren graduated from University of Surrey in 2020 and spent a couple of years in general practice before joining Lumbry Park to complete her rotating internship where her passion for neurology grew. She undertook an 18-month neurology internship at a hospital in Buckinghamshire, while studying for her neurology GP certificate, and returned to Lumbry Park in July 2026 to embark on her neurology residency. Outside of work Lauren can be found training for and participating in Hyrox competitions, watching rugby and enjoying gentle strolls with her senior lab-mix Victor. Lauren recently also completed the Everest Base Camp trek through the Himalayas!
