Kathryn joined theCardiology department at Lumbry Park in September 2022, having been part of the CVS Advanced Clinical Services Network since October 2019. A graduate from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science in 1994, she obtained the certificate in Veterinary Cardiology from the RCVS in 2000 and has RCVS Advanced Practitioner status in Cardiology. She has been managing local referral cardiology cases for 24 years from general practice and peripatetically.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and cats, Dave and Bandit, reading, running, yoga, watercolour painting, her 40 Bonsai trees and the odd moment of PlayStation gaming.
