Jon graduated from Cambridge University’s Veterinary School in 2007. He spent a number of years working in both small animal practice in Surrey and in charity hospitals in the West Midlands where he developed a very keen interest in Dermatology. In 2009, he undertook a Junior Clinical Training Scholarship (internship) in Small Animal Studies at the Royal Veterinary College, London and this was followed by a 3-year residency in Veterinary Dermatology at the same institution. Jon gained the European Diploma in Veterinary Dermatology in July 2014, and then spent 6 years working at a large referral centre in the West Midlands. In 2021, Jon relocated to Hampshire and is delighted to now be part of the Specialist team at Lumbry Park Veterinary Specialists.
Jon is interested in all aspects of Dermatology, but particularly enjoys cases of parasitic disease and the challenges associated with managing patients with chronic ear disease.
