James started working at a primary veterinary practice in West Sussex in 2015. He completed his veterinary nurse training at MYF college and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2019. He has previously worked at another busy referral hospital as a senior wards and surgical nurse. James joined Lumbry Park in September 2024 as Wards Team Leader and has particular interests in ECC, anaesthesia and teaching.
Outside of work, James enjoys running with his 3 year old border terrier, Otto. He also enjoys playing tennis when he isn’t too busy renovating his house.
