Amy graduated from The Royal Veterinary College in 2015 and spent 5 years in a first opinion practice. Whilst working in a busy small animal veterinary hospital in Hampshire, she developed her passion for small animal internal medicine and completed a post graduate certificate becoming an advanced veterinary practitioner in small animal medicine.
Amy completed a rotating internship and internal medicine specific internship at Lumbry Park Veterinary Specialists prior to her Internal Medicine residency (ECVIM-CA). Following completion of her residency in 2026, Amy continued to work with the team as a Clinician in Internal Medicine and Acute Medicine. Amy enjoys all aspects of small animal internal medicine but has a particular interest in immune-mediated diseases and gastroenterology.
