Our specialist-led soft tissue department offers treatment for a wide variety of surgical conditions, including but not limited to conditions of the head and neck, airways, gastrointestinal tract and urogenital tract. The multi-disciplinary team at Lumbry Park includes specialists in emergency and critical care, anaesthesia and diagnostic imaging enabling us to provide first-class, comprehensive peri-operative care to emergency and critical patients undergoing surgery with us. We also work closely with our oncology service to provide multi-modal management options for a wide range of oncological conditions.

We can accept all surgical referrals including:

  • Oncological surgery.
  • Portosystemic shunts.
  • Skin reconstructions-grafting, etc.
  • Laryngeal tieback.
  • Soft palate resection and upper airway procedures (BOAS).
  • Minimally Invasive Surgery – laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, cystoscopy.
  • Total ear canal ablation/lateral bulla osteotomy.
  • Gastric dilation/volvulus.
  • Perineal hernia repair.
  • Ectopic ureters.
  • Stapling procedures (liver and lung lobectomy).
  • Perineal urethrostomy.
