Jem joined the Lumbry Park Reception Team in December 2024.  She has extensive customer service experience and especially enjoys meeting our clients and their pets.  Jem has a love for all animals and owns two dogs, Marley (a Working Cocker Spaniel) and Chase (a Chihuahua), whom she adores and loves to spend her spare time with them.
