MOOmOO

This is MooMoo! 😻

MooMoo is a 12 year old Tokinese and has unfortunately been very poorly. She was initially referred to our Emergency and Critical Care Specialist Dr Adam Mugford and then transferred to our Internal Medicine Clinician, Dr Pawel Beczkowski for investigation of jaundice, anorexia and a chronic cough. After further investigations and assessments MooMoo was diagnosed with Cholangiohepatitis and pancreatitis (triaditis) and Mycoplasma respiratory infection.

Last week she was able to go home under medicial managment with her lovely mum taking care of her feeding tube. This was placed to make sure Moo Moo was getting all of her nutrients whilst her appetite had still not returned to normal.

This morning MooMoo came in to have her fedding tube removed and she is making a brilliant recovery! The team spent lots of time with her during her stay so everyone enjoyed lots of cuddles again this morning and as you can see she was a natural laying beautifully still for our nurses.

It was great to see you today MooMoo
